The cafe roasts beans on-site sourced through direct-trade relationships with smallholder Colombian farmers, with a rotating selection of single-origin lots that highlight different regional profiles, from the bright, citrusy washed coffees of Huila to the heavier, chocolatey naturals of Antioquia.
