Mouthfeel

The tactile experience of a coffee in the mouth — silky, syrupy, tea-like, creamy, drying, prickly — separate from flavor and aroma.

Mouthfeel is the broader sensory umbrella that includes body but also describes specific tactile qualities: silkiness from emulsified oils, dryness from astringent over-extraction, prickly from carbonation in nitro or naturally fermented coffees. Cuppers describe mouthfeel as much as flavor — "syrupy with a clean finish" or "tea-like and drying."
