The extensive beverage menu covers all the third-wave fundamentals (cold brew, cortados, single-origin pour-overs, matcha lattes) but the signature drink is the legendary 'Rocket Fuel': a blend of cold brew, chicory, Vermont maple syrup, and milk that has its own loyal following and shows up on most NYC best-of lists. Sweetleaf roasts its own coffee in Long Island City and supplies wholesale to cafes around the city, but the Greenpoint shop remains the most beloved of the brand's locations.
