Saturn Road

Saturn Road opened in October 2024 on Court Street in Cobble Hill from two women from Texas who built the cafe as a day-coffee, night-wine-bar concept with a serious community-rooted ethos. The space is eclectic and warm, with a spacious backyard that hosts live music and outdoor movie screenings in warmer months — one of the better outdoor cafe spaces in the entire Cobble Hill / Carroll Gardens corridor. The coffee program is well-executed and runs on Joe Coffee beans during the day, transitioning into a thoughtfully curated selection of natural wine, beer, and cocktails by night. Breakfast tacos are a signature daytime offering. The Infatuation has reviewed Saturn Road favorably, and it has quickly become one of the most-talked-about new openings in south Brooklyn.
